I buy Packages at Matta Fair ...The Company Name is Prestige Platinum Holidays that located at bangsar..

The Bali Packages she said:

RM 419 is Fullboard Packages...All the dinner and activities in Included.I buy at March..

But what happen is...

The girl who handle my cases is resign and pass my cases to other person..

That time I didn curious anything..when it come to may..I double confirm with the agency..

What A Shock!!!! I get a News That my Packages is not Full Board but it is Free And Easy..Which mean DIDN include Food And Activities...Really Expensive..cause What I know..Free and Easy it doesnt cost MUCH $$$$

Then I ask her y your packages is so expensive..and then she not really know about that..it is the price that the company give..So I request to cancel my packages, and then She told me that she already handle everything..

So is no refund can be made..Here I want to suggest dont to trust to buy packages at matta fair which is under agent..Better buy which is under the company stuff..

I kena twice cheated in Matta Fair..
They want to attract u by the price...But the PRICE and INFO they give might FAKE..because in Matta Fair a lot of competitor..So they do this threat..

I really very angry...So i decided to no more going to Matta Fair...Just go to the travel agency myself..

BELIEVE IT...
