need help pc won't boot

hi guys need help, I recently buy a new system consists of new item and used item. apparently my pc won't even boot up to bios. since yesterday only 1 time goes to bios. I already do

1. remove both ram
2. using only 1 ram
3. change psu (I got 3 psu I try)
4. remove ssd m.2
5. remove dvd rom
6. change cmos battery (5 unit as I buy new)
7. reset cmos motherboard
8. remove all fan except cpu one
9. hard reset pc

the pc running but there is no power to monitor keyboard and mouse. is there anything I miss, or it was hardware faulty? my spec is

1. Ryzen 5 3400G used
2. Asrock A320m hdv 4.0 used
3. DDR 4 Avesir 3000mhz 8gb x 2 used
4. Kingston suv500 120gb m.2 sata ssd new
5. gaming freak rb500 new
6. lg ddrw used
7. CM 600 gladiator casing used

Interest completion payment

Hi all. i just have a question on this situation.

i have a house that not being complete yet, but now i need to pay the interest depends on the percentage of completion and my due date is on 1 January 2014. so my question is, what if i paid the interest on 26 Jan 2014 and what is the implication of it? and how much would be the penalty? Thanks.

p/s: because of the tight budget i forgot about the interest.

what if i want to combine ram for example, im using Kingston hyperX 4gb kit (2gbx2) and i want to add on another 4gb single stick... can or cannot? would it be a conflict between those ram?

I just bought aztech dsl605 modem. So how if i want to set my internet connection to auto connect because last time im using riger modem and using dial connection n now i want to set auto connect so i could use my switch. Anyone can help??

hello everyone..
i have a problem with my PC, it was that i cant open any folder in my computer it always shows open with popup. i have clean all my virus in the pc, if i want to open the folder i need to use explore so that i can access the folder or drive.. anyone can help why?
