I need help. When I ran the Spyware Doctor [Free version], it detected this "Application.KGB_Spy" spyware, however, the free version is unable to get rid of this, only the fully subscribed version of Spyware Doctor is able to remove it. Is there any other free sotfware that can effectively remove this?

To all the sifus in this forum, I seek

My problem is that I once installed "IncrediMail" to try because of the animation e-mail. I selected the option of an audio notification whenever there is mail received. After trying it out for a short while, I found I didn't like this installation, so I uninstalled it. However, after uninstallation, I get this irritating sound regularly. I am at a lost as to how to get rid of this irritating sound short of reformatting my laptop. I'm using DELL Inspiron 510m.

Would appreciate very much if one of you sifu can resolve my problem.
