I am degree fresh graduate and now looking for full time job. I have got two job offer which are graduate trainee in Credit Admin Unit in Public bank based in HQ, and GSE under Hong Kong Fixed Income HSBC cyberjaya. Salary wise, it&#39;s just RM200 difference. However HDPM provides free transport so i actually save on transport. I am staying in seri kembangan so it&#39;s actually quite troublesome for me to go to work in KL as i dont have own transport yet. But my bf can drop me at bukit jalil there so i can take lrt. One of tHe pick up point of HDPM bus is at bukit jalil lrt too. I have heard so many negative comments of public bank but if i look at the bonus and salary wise i think public bank is a better choice right? But which one enable me to develop myself more? I understand as a fresh graduate we shouldnt think of the money n perks.
