Hi LYN forumers and experienced people,

There is this terraced house I plan to redesign its main gate and fence wall where the existing water meter is obstructing partially on the proposed human access.

Would like to find out is it okay to shift it? Our lenses are compatible with all iPhones, iPods, iPads, Androids ... basically any device that has a lens on it. If you can stick an adhesive ring on it, you can put a Photojojo lens on it.

Q2: Buuuut how about the iPhone 4/4S/5/5s/5c?
A2: Each lens comes with three special rings that we designed just for the iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5s, and 5c. They’ve got an adhesive backing that is specially formulated for glass, and a notch cut out of them to leave your flash and mic exposed.

Q3: What about my iPhone 3G/S or iPod 5? The back is kind of curved - will the lenses still work?
A3: The lenses will work with the iPhone 3G/S and/or your iPod 5 - but not perfectly. The curve of the iPhone will cause the edge of the fisheye and wide angle lens to be seen in your photos. You can easily crop the edge of the lens out of your photos with your favorite photo-editing program! Photoshop app, ftw. The macro and telephoto lenses won't have this issue. To fit around the iPod 5's raised lens, you'll have to use the Android ring, and your mic will be covered. It's not perfect, but we think it's better than having no lenses at all!

Q4:Can I use these lenses with a case on my phone?
A4:You totally can! As long as the case has a big enough opening around the camera to mount an adhesive ring. If the opening is very small, it still may work, but only if your case is tight against the phone. Thicker cases may cause slight light leaks.

Q5: What if I want to take the rings off my phone?
A5:Just lift it off and wipe off the phone with a dampened soft cloth. No sticky residue will remain.

Q6: How about those rings … how big are they and how many do I get?
A6: The diameters of the ring are 13.06mm (outer) and 9.38mm (inner). If your phone's lens has a smaller diameter, it'll work great! Each lens comes with two iPhone 4/4S/5/5s/5c rings and three all-other-phone-compatible rings.

Q7: Ok, so how big are the lenses?
A7:The lenses range between 16mm to 25mm in diameter and are from 6.5mm to 10mm tall.

Q8: What’s the magnification on these bad boys?
A8: The wide angle lens is 0.67x, the fisheye lens is 0.28x, and the telephoto lens is 2x

Q9: What’s the focusing range on the macro lens?
A9:You’ll need to get super close to get the best detail, anywhere from 10-23mm from your subject (that's less than an inch)!

CONVERSION RATE (subjected to change)
I will confirm with you when the order made but you should be aware USD 1 equals to around RM 3.30 ++.

PRICE (IN USD)

QUOTE

All the lenses (All 5 lenses)
$99

Sampler (FishEye, Polarizer & Wide/Macro)
$49

Wide/Macro
$20

Telephoto
$20

Fisheye (180 degree)
$20

Super Fisheye (235 degree)
$30

Polarizer
$20

SHIPPING
I will take the cheapest available of trackable options, which is USPS Priority International, apparently takes7-14 working days, cost to be shared.

Due to I am base in Penang, COD can be arranged for Penangites, while buyers from other states I would notify and update you accordingly with pos laju cost.

WARNING
Kindly take note before you joining this bulk order:

1: Do not place your order if you don't trust me.
2: Penang buyers will able to get the stock once it's here, with arrangement made. Buyers of other states would require further patient for it to be delivered to your place.
3. You should understand the currency conversion between MYR & USD changes from time to time depending on order made.
4. Per batch of purchase I wish to have at least 6 buyers to really save shipping cost.
5. I will need to collect full amount of what you intend to purchase (exclude local shipping) only I can make the order, given Note 4 is fulfilled. If you do not agree, please go back to Point 1.

Should you requires clarification or more information, feel free to private message me.

Cheers!

Hello sifu-sifu and kawan kawan sekalian,

I am still new within the design and built industry, and would like to ask you guys for some advices.

Context: Penang Island

My client bought a terraced house which is 2.5 storeys and the built area are approximately 236 meter square plus minus (90+90+56).
Due to the previous owner of the house had done some minor extension to the property, my client is not planning to do extension but to alter the planning to cater their desires and needs, which includes shifting of walls, shifting the toilet locations, changing floor tiles, some wall demolitions, car porch redesign, repainting the property and etc.

May I asked from you guys how should I estimate the cost based on the mentioned scope of works so I could manage client's budget in control? This is more like a alteration project so I can't fully apply the construction per square feet method to the property. Correct me if I am wrong.

I am currently looking for contractors for this property as well. If you are one, kindly do private message me for further discussion or meet up.

Thanks.

Or any M&E pro I can consult? Or friends with experience can share?

Thanks.

Do you people edit your photo?

Hey guys.

I would like to know, do you guys using software like photoshop to edit your picture?

There are some people say, you should keep the picture as original as possible and etc. If do a lot of editing, considered flaw and better to use just compacted camera since gonna edit it anyway.

If you do using photoshop or other software to edit photos, usually what stuff you are editing?

Colour balance? Contrast? Hue? etc?

Or others?

What's your opinion on photo editing?
