Operations Manager

Saw this post about somebody asking for advice after their salary got cut ... but after looking that the salary package now i seriously want to know what is a operations manager and how to become one if can really earn like this ?

I do have black and white on all of my increment or new scheme offered by the company.

Recently, the company deducted RM3515 from my salary. The reason was HR wrongly award me the amount. They said it was too much & does not par with other managers. They've been paying me those amout for 1 year at least.

Question: Is it legal for the company to do that? Can I fight for the company to give me back my RM3515?

That day when i go in for the interview the employer asked the me if i got any questions and asked what is the probation period period like and he answered 6 months and I said something like... emm..quite long then asked how bout the resignation notice period .... and he looked at me 1 kind .... any said ... why you plan to resign is it ?

did i make a mistake ? is it wrong to ask the notice period during interview... don't wan come in and see the offer letter with something like 3 months or 6 months then dielah.. how to reject then ??

Pls help me decide ?

Job A : Basic Salary = 4 K + transport Allowance = 0.5K + Support Allowance = 0.5K = RM 5K, EPF = 12% employer.
Job B : Basic Salary only no allowance = 4.5 K , EPF 16% employer.

Company A : Foreign, Industry : Banking & Finance
Company B : Local, Industry : Banking & Finance

Both stable company and benefits almost same except

Company A annual leave = 15 days & dental plan.
Company B annual leave = 21 days & no dental plan.

Both are IT jobs with support required but obviously Company A support overseas client and Company B support Malaysian client only.
