besides lose weight and healthy..exercise cn help in many things..

i wonder wat type of exercise can help to make breast firmer n bigger..

erm..

sum ppl say sports like swimming can help in this.. besides..when i learn yoga last time..my yoga teacher say da "snake pose"..

push up as well..hmm..

what u gals thr think??

cz i wan to hav firmer breast
