Hi all.Actually i am very new and interested to invest in cement industry.I have a friend working in CIMA (Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad).He works there as technician handling the process of making cement.He said the cost of producing cement is very cheap; and the profit margin of those company is very high.Cements produced can be used in various parts of our country ie supermarket, house, apartments, condominiums, bungalows, hospitals, companies and also can be exported to other neighbouring countries.So, as you can see cement industry have a lot of potential and can generate a lot of income.

But, do keep in mind that cements produced nowadays is very expensive.

I would like to start a business producing budget cement like "Air Asia budget airline"

So, what do you all think about this business?
