Im planning to downgrade my surfmore75 to surfmore50. There will be no downgrade charges as im not bind to any contract. But how they will count my bill if I downgrade before way before my bill cycle? Surfmore50 only have 2gb but I already used 3.5gb data

Anybody have experience downgrading plan? How they count?

previously when i used digi prepaid broadband it was what stated on the website 3gb per month
now they cap my speed once i reach 100 mb daily
does this happen to everyone?
what kind of condition that...who only use 100mb daily...that is too little

i have a dell dimension desktop c521
the computer technician told me my motherboard crashed and asked me to call dell.
since i'm out of warranty, i need to purchase the extended warranty to get my motherboard replace
they told me it's more expensive if i purchase a motherboard from them
btw the extended warranty cost rm400 ( i read from website dell charge inconsistent extended warranty

anyone use their service before? how long does it take for the technician to come to my house?
is their service good/reliable?

this is how it happens

i was browsing youtube and my cousin accidentally knock some keys on my keyboard and then the screen goes blank
my younger cousin was acting smart again and click ctrl alt delete.....but the monitor still blank
since my computer is not responding, i switched off the computer using the power button
then i restart the computer

my computer will straightaway go to power safe mode. the cpu is on amber/orange light and the cpu is noisy
my keyboard and mouse is not responding
i can't do anything
the monitor will display i'm on power safe mode
my computer will straightaway goes to power safe mode everytime i switch on my computer

i don't think the few random clicking on the keyboard will cause this

anyone know how i can 'wake up' my computer
i'm using dell desktop dimension c521, windows XP2
