Hitachi 160G Hard Disk Suddenly Empty

Suddenly my data hard disk become empty and i open the hard drive it say ur drive not accessible and need to be format

all pro pls tell me how to do and get back my data in the hard drive
i know if i format the drive everything sure gone pls help me

windows live messager problem

everytime i sign in windows live messager, after few second it sign out automatically

i did go change my account password and still the same
my friend using my pc to sign in his acccount can

wonder why.... virus infected or..... all expert come come

adobe flash player install error

everytime i install the adobe flash player it give me message

every the computer is restart until the windows
then it will pop up the message box the messages as follow

the system is shutting down in one minute
pls save all your work and restart again
this is initial by NT authority system
c:/winnt/system32/service.exe
unexpected with code 128

could anyone know is virus or what?

i try to open and show the hidden files option and then click apply and OK
it still go back to hidden option
which i still cant see the hidden folder and hidden files
it keep hidden and even i choose show the hidden files
any1 know how to settle this problem????

ABIT AX78 mobo freaky out

HI all
abit AX78 motherboard
after playing a period of time, may b 6 hours or within one day
the computer is totally blank and cpu fan was running and all the light was on
and i reset the computer it can boot but half way it blank again

but it freak me u know.
after i try it in another day it still can play. but the problem same again may b 6 hours or within one day

i suspect the heat of processor
i using CPUID Hardware monitor to read the temperature
what is (AUXTIN) mean? it shoot to 46 'C
as below

Temperature sensor 32C (89F) [0x20] (SYSTIN)
Temperature sensor 46C (114F) [0x5C] (AUXTIN)
Fan 2058 RPM [0x29] (CPUFANIN0)

i have swicth to another psu,ram,gc,hdd even battery.
it still drive me crazy same problem
but i never switch processor and motherboard

the computer restart anytime. without any warning sign.
eventhough it in formatting step. or may b some time installing windows. it also can restart
...........

cpu temperature is around 30-40
try use other display and ram... yet same problem

after i play a while the computer i want to restart windows.....
every time it won't restart automatically..... after it finish shutting the computer then it black there and
i need to go and press reset button to restart the computer
temperature around 30-40

play game, watch movies everything ok

i have

one is D-Link wireless 4port router
one is D-Link ADSL+router 4port
one is 24port switch hub

both router are connect to switch
and both router have their own DHCP
what should put in the tcp/ip?
adsl router ip address
or wireless router ip address
in order for me to go internet?

all the expert pls give me the advises
