i just sign up umobile broadband with the mifi modem, paid RM350 for mb68 plan.
I have already installed the drivers to my laptop, but i can't see any device to show me that i am connected to internet.
Anyone know why? is it the sim card problem?

when i click menu, the screen appear "configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre."
is it a software problem or what??if repair needed, what's the cost and duration?
