Need help with casing size

Hi I need help from sifus here in dilemma whether to but new casing or cut the existing casing for my cooler master 212+ heat sink to fit properly inside the casing. Right now cannot cover the case as it is to big (this will lead to dust).

Right now using normal casing (powerlogic Futura220xx)

So the question here whether to cut it or buy new?

If new which casing should I buy? My mobo is atx size.(must have clearance to fit in the cooler master 212+ heat sink)
Budget for new casing around rm150.
