Hi guy, i have some question to ask.
My mum owned a motor repair service & spare part shop, currently she want to expand it and plan to take OverDraft (about 50k).
The problem is she never bank in all the income to bank, only bank in the required amount for cheque usage.
Currently she has a land property (free property), possible to use this land to pledge 50k OD? Market price for the land is 150k.

Please advise me, possible to state out the requirement and the related procedures.

Anyone experienced before?
Everytime i play game (Left 4 dead 2/Frontlines...etc), after 1 hour like that, the screen will jam jam and come out 'do..doddodod..do' sound.

Is it the GC problem or..?
