Enjoice the long long story..

scenario :

Ayam looking for place to rent after married in this coming December and ayam found advertisement for a 2 rooms apartment in Mudah.my and call up the agent to see look see look the apartment. Met at the place and the agent said she dont have key for the apartment ayam going to see see but only can see from outside and i said ok liao. Then we went in front of the apartment and it was a corner unit. Since its a corner unit, i can imagine it should be alot bigger space and i kinda like it edy. after few thoughts, and think its a luck to get a corner unit and i paid the agent the booking fee via Maybank2u and the Offer Letter signed with the corner unit number. All was ok.

A while after that, the agent call me up and said the corner unit is actually a 3 bedrooms apartment and said the owner have 8 apartments in that area and kinda mixed up with all the units so that is the reason why she showed me the wrong unit. Then the agent said tomorrow i can see see the 2 bedrooms apartment that i paid for. Tomorrow comes, ayam went and see the unit and its in the middle of the building apartment and facing another residences block apartments and after look look, ayam decided not to go for the apartment on some factors..and thats where the drama begins..

Then ayam simply asked for my money back lorr since its already a void agreement edy and i paid for the corner unit that i cant even rent. Then the agent said, OK, i can refund you 90% of the booking. Ayam cannot agree to that since ayam paid for the corner apartment, not the middle wan. Still i say cannot, ayam feel like being cheated if you take the 10%. Then she try to find excuses in holding my money and said, OK you gip me 1-2 weeks i will find a unit for you. Since im blur about the 10% that she shouldnt take, i said ok i gip you time to look for other apartment lorr. Then around 1-2 days, the agent called up and said got good news, as they have found a unit and simply arranged a meeting with the owner on the coming weekend but ayam kenot meet because ayam got cousin's wedding on the weekend and i said if the following weekend should be ok since i got no plan yet. Then we all agreed to meet up on next weekend for viewing the unit and meeting with the owner.

Out of sudden, my fiance found a apartment unit with other agent and my fiance kinda like it so much so i said ok liao, we will take the unit that my fiance found with other agent. Then, I called up the agent last Monday and said ayam wan cancel the appointment since we already found other apartment edy and ayam simply wan my money back lorr since its totally a void agreement with the booking fee that i paid. Then she said ok give me few minutes need to call the company and asked about it and when she came back to me, she said OK i can refund you 90%. Whatt?? Still i need to pay since ayam wan cancel appointment ley? Then i asked ayam paying the 10% for what? and the agent said its for the staff (i no brain what shes talking about) and i said cannot, since its consider like i dont have any business with the agent. Until bising bising edy, she agreed to pay me 100% and said she will mock up the 10% using her own money to pay me 100% liao and promised me 3 days after the check from company has been cleared.

Then i asked around from other agents and they said if owner doesnt gip any signature, the booking money wont go the company yet unless if the owner has signed the Offer Letter.

Last night around 10pm, she sent her colleague agent to call me up and told me, now i only have 2 options, whether to stay at the unit (which i have not yet take a look yet) or burn the booking fee. WOW! What kind of business ayam dealing here. Its like they want me to marry with someone i dont even know how the waifu will look like. Then after had an intense conversation with the hero-colleague, i called up the the agent she didnt pick up on the first call. Ayam upset. Second call, she picked up and straight away said "what do you want, i dont have anything to do with you, if you want your money you should deal with the owner, the money is with the owner, not me..i dont want to talk to you.." Wahh, so langsi wan ahh.. Then with my manja tone, i replied, Sorry, i was wondering why did you sent your hero-colleague to call me? Then she simply said, i got nothing to do with you and i dont want to deal anything with you, if you want your money, you go talk with the owner, your money is with the owner!" (ayam so cannot brain this) Then i asked, which owner? Because now already involved 2 owners, one with the corner unit and middle unit that i dont want, and another owner is the one ayam should be meeting up this weekend but ayam already cancelled. Then she said the owner that ayam supposed to meet and see the unit with this coming week and the best part is she said i already confirmed i want the unit even though i have not look see look see the apartment yet (totally un-brainable) and said ayam just fooling around with her, and the owner.

With harsh toned and kinda upset words, she said "ok, i dont want to talk to you anymore, tomorrow you will see your money in your account and just remember what you did to me today, and karma will hit you back. bye.." and suddenly hung up on me. Wow, so professional wannn leyy... Then i called again, but she dont want to pick up edy..so now ayam still waiting for my money to arrive into my bank account. What should i do with this kind of people since ayam got no experiences in dealing with this kind of situation before..helpppp..

Thread Update :

Finally she refund my money.. ayam so relieved feels like jumping jack 10 times d. So now i can kolos this tered. Thank you everyone!

Seems like LYN blogger moderator keep deleting my posts without any prejudice and also without notice. Why in the world this is happening ? Did i ever violate any T&C for posting ? It is very disappointing to keep facing this every now and then. I did the same with some other forum sites and guess what, their feedbacks are all the way down to positive effort but LYN seems like having some political issues within. This is bull.im outta here.

I am not sure about this but it seems like people (LYN members) are actually becoming mad when i share blog links. I recently watched this footage and i believe this is the closest and the most terrifying Japan's tsunami amateur footage. We can see how fast the tsunami filled the pavement + car park area. We are lucky for not being in area exposed to this kind of nature disaster.
