Lenovo Z500 Graphic problem

hello everyone,i just bought Lenovo Z500 laptop few day ago,
i encounter a little problem here,
once i alt+tab out[SIZE=7] when i'm playing dota,the fps drop from 55-60fps to 30-40fps and causing spike&lag until finish game also wont get above 50fps,what is the problem for causing this?i'm sure that intel 4000 nor nvidia gt 740m can handle this old game easily...right?
im sure that not the gc temp problem,because fresh start and power on for few hour also get the same result
the intel and nvidia driver is latest and all at default setting.
Really need some helpful tips for solving them,appreciate you guy for visiting this thread and forgive me for my poor grammar

did some googling and found this was cause by framework perhaps?
but the answer i get was some code in cmd
not really get it so hoping some expert here can guide me through

First occurence of problem: encounter very slow internet speed while surfing web
Problem frequency: today whole day since morning when i wake up and keep going on...
Problem description: using thunder 5 dl my drama,movie,games up to 180kbps were fine,but while surf net it no respond,slow,jam

the pc start up as usual,every thing fine,i can see bios page,windows xp logo loading
but after that,there's no display when enter windows but i still able to hear the windows login sound
*have been search through google,tried reinstall CCC to latest version

hi thr,i was hard to access through internet right now
is my modem dead huh?how to measure it?
well my modem LAN,ADSL,ACT& POWER light up as usual
but i can't surfing internet.
i try ping -t 192.168.1.1 it show time request out
i did make a report to TM,the technician said MAYBE is my modem dead..
he use a machine to test my line,and nth problem with it.
any steps to check the modem status or this is the properties when it going to dead?

b4 my internet ping on g@rena was 63ping while now is 3xx to 8xx,this is abnormal and only happen in daytime,could it be my rj45 port faulty or commond internet traffic jam,not to mention my town rarely rainning too.

erm it's my 1st time try to format pc,just look through some information from google and DIY.
i)when i reformat ,i keep all my file(pics,song,movie) in d/drive,but why c/drive files still didn't remove ?
ii) i want to delete c/drive and recr8 1 but i dont know where is the button hide
iii)when i start up windows,thr show me which windows i wan to start.(windows xp & windows 7)
iv)anyway to fully delete the windows xp?(if yes please shows step by step)
v)could recomend me some programmes to remove file/programmes? some files couldn't delete even i press tons times of "try again"

regarding to the window 7 more "clean" question i have do some research

a computer center boss told me this

win xp-outdate (firewall no more can block new virus,spyware etc)
win vista-kinda outdate(slow performance if pair with win7)

and the virus i forgot what name....it can infect through pendrive.Once infect it will have following state

-once u open cmd programe,it will auto close after few second
-"keep" disconnect ur wireless connection and reconnect it back
-cant using printer or print half if will abort
-and many else

as title,i lost my icon and font setting.
the icon is little big but the font is kinda small
hmm...so can anyone show the step to set back to default window xp setting,or just show me ur advance appearance for reference
