Can Maxis Terminate Unifi on behalf?

I wanted to switch from unifi to Maxis Prime fibre - don't ask me why I regret now

So the story - Maxis raised a TM case for fibre switching , ask me to go TM point notify them. Ok done - but somehow TM point counter staff give me a termination form, say Maxis will do the termination after maxis fibre install habis.

Maxis failed to install Fibre while my unifi was still okay on Last Friday. the Maxpert said it was "Share BTU order" so they use my existing huawei BTU - found that Lan2 port no led.

Ok fine, I replaced BTU with TM - then ask for new installation date asap - Wow Maxis lanci saya cakap "Pls wait 7 working days response from installation team" no ETA no action can be done from me.

Today - exactly 12am My unifi got terminated *surprised pikachu face* - TM point counter staff claimed that it was Maxis terminating and now there is no port for me to restore my Unifi.

Wow.... Maxis and TM - Both main pusing saje.....2 MCMC aduan for both of them.

So guys, anyone face the same problem...? Or anyone can answer the subject? And how do i proceed from here to get my Fibre back?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: tenants found it when unifi installation

Problem description:

My ex-owner said they had unifi and they have moved the account to their new house, so i have never tested the phone jack on apartment yet.

Recently my new tenant tried to install unifi and TM installation guy said the phone jack is not working; then they crack open the phone jack and tested the wires said not working, then charge RM150 to fix it so my tenant said no, then they left phone jack cracked open and wires hanging there --> unaaceptable .

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, who is responsible to fix phone jack(phone port on wall)?
Management office? (since the wire should go down to their terminal at ground floor)
TM net? - Will there be extra charge? (phone line should be theirs)
electrical contractor to fix? me to pay for the fix of course.

Deceased Credit Card Debt

PC restarts at high load

Here is the issue:

PC started to restart (it look like it was power reset) when i start Diablo 3, it was 2 months after playing it. First i thought it was just diablo 3, and then it started to restart randomly even i was surfing the net. I do not see temperature as an issue since it did not went passed 60 degrees at all. On the event viewer there is only power kernel msg ID:41, no BSOD. Auto restart off.

So i tried using test programs - OCCT using high data set to test, it went restart straight in less than 10 mins.

What i did:
Changed the power cord
Clean and check the casing (did not found anything wrong on cabling)
Update every single driver

What did i do before it happen:
No recent additional h/w / s/w installed, maybe it was some auto update that caused it.

My concern:
The PSU
The memory
The CPU?
The graphic card (GPU)

Specs :

Intel I5 3450 3.1Ghz
8GB RAM Corsair
Sapphire 6870HD 1GB
WD 500GB
WD 320GB
Gigabyte Z77M-D3H M/B
Silverstone 500W -- > is it because i don't have enough power?

my next option will be memory test.

Anyone know what else i can do/ test to narrow down the root cause?

Possible thing to happen when resign?

Okay, here is the story, I have just tendered my resignation letter by hardcopy to my boss, she sounded nicely but did not gave me a confirmation to release me by next month, its basically a 2 weeks notice period resignation letter, and i even gave another copy to HR. The HR said:" Ok, i will inform my HR head." There was no confirmation either.

Alright, i can say that my position is quite important and need a replacement, as the one and only who knows the administrator's password exclude the ex-manager who left 3 months ago, so next week will be my last week, and still
its been very quiet from the management, still no clear confirm from HR also.

Here are some important points :

i) there were no statement in my employment contract stated i have to find a replacement for myself.
ii) there is a statement whereby if either party terminate the employment with less than 30 days notice period under mutual agreement, there will be no salary given on that month and management will make the final decision on the termination.
iii) I'm still in probation stage, this is my 3rd month

Problem :I suspect that my CEO are still unaware that and my director is trying to work together with HR to keep my letter and tried to delay my resignation, what happens if they denied that i submitted the resign letter? There were no other witnesses!

Alright it maybe too late but i will send a notification/reminder email with attached my copy of resignation again to HR and my boss, while CCing all related parties including one of my friend, a lawyer friend, and my father to be witnesses just in case.

Alright here is my question : Anyone faced this problem? Can share how you manage it? If its nothing then maybe I'm too sensitive and think too much....

I don't mind working for free in my last month, as long as they let me go smoothly and quietly without burning bridges.

Stop for Job Camp or Continue Work?

Okay, I just started working about 1 month after got my last sem bachelor results, recently i received newsletter from a training centre which i had my CCNA over there. The newsletter was about the MSC job camp that offers free training courses to K-Workers in Malaysia with very limited seats available. I was interested in the MCSE 2003 as this is like a lifetime opportunity to have a free MCSE course exclude the examination which i can have it after attending this. Now the problem is the requirement to register for this job camp is that you must be unemployed as its a full time training camp.

Now i felt like in a T-junction : Either quit the job after succeed in applying, or just stay and wait for next time but i don't think it will happen again.

now the second problem is that my employment contract has a statement that mentioned the 1 month prior notice for termination of job from either both parties. The course starts at june so i have less than 1 month. And if i apply and succeed in the job camp, there is no turning back coz if i skipped more than 20% of the training sessions, i will be paying RM7,200 for the penalty.

The choice is pretty obvious but still... i need some suggestions and opinions on this, hope any seniors can help me.

I can't turn on my pc sometimes

Anyone experienced this problem? I think is my PSU.

It happens this few days, i usually close my pc regurlarly to let it cooldown every 1-2 days. So today morning as usual i turn on my pc, the pc won't respond, but i do found something strange here :

1) i tried to switch plug, nth happened.
2) i tried to on and off back, the CPU has some respond, the casing/keyboard/mouse blinks once in a while like every 3-4 secs but it won't respond to my power button.
3) okay after few switch on and off the plug, the blinking is gone, so i wait a while, and then the casing light blink again but this time is once only, so i press the power button and its working, its alive!

my pc spec is

C2D 2.14 Ghz
2 GB RAM
ATI 3870HD 512mb
Cooler Master 430w Extreme Power
250GB HDD
Intel Mobo (no led inside )

The cpu time was ok, and my pc could on for whole day after that happened. But when i switched off the pc, wait a while and turn on again, it works so i guess its not the wire problem. I haven't tried to switch off pc and plug then try again to on, coz i'm afraid it will be like in Coma stage again.

Okay, i know there is a few old hardware recycle shops in Low Yat (LYP), but i just want to make sure whether there are any shops that can trade-in old monitor (still working) for new monitors?

Here's my case, i want to ask whether i can trade in my old HP mx50 15 inch monitor for new ones? Or is it better to sell to 2nd hand/recycle shops, and then buy a new one?

I know that at All IT i can trade-in old mouse/keyboard to get discount for new microsoft mouse/keyboards, but what about monitors?

[FAQ]PC auto restart/Blue Screen (BSOD)

ok.... first of all this is my pc specs:

*1.5Ghz pentium 4
*512 MB RAM
*40GB hard disk
*64mb AGP MSI geforce2 video card

this pc had just celebrated its 3 year old birthday.... (last week)

so here's the problem :

there is a chance of 7/10 my pc will auto restart everytime i on my pc and will end up restarting once it starting up the windows xp proffesional....but after the restart, my windows will pop up and asks for disk consistency checks(as usual) , there was a whole lot of my broadband connection software files went error ,files such as WROSEV~1.TX8,WROSEV~1.TX7 , WROSEV~1.TX6(at least 9 of them). Btw, im using WinPoET v6.01 broadband software to connect. At first it only keeps auto restart for once, but in these few days it got worse, it will restart for few times and i need to system restore back in order stop this.

so here's my checking for this problem :

1) my hardwares and pc temperature is fine
2) i used anti- virus software to scan the pc , there is no virus or malicous program.
3) the pc will auto restarts right before my norton and LAN connectivity is loaded(after the sound of windows start up).
4) i was suspecting my power supply fan might be faulty , there was alot of dust around... but it spins normally and silently, while CPU fan is fine(cleaned b4)

anyone encountered this kind of problem? Is it hardware or software problem?
