Working culture of middle east owned company

Hi guys, anyone has experienced working for middle was owned company. they company is setup in US but it was owned by a family from Lebanon. so it's basically a private owned company so i guess the work culture is very much tied to the family/middle east culture? i might be wrong.

1. how do we know if the loan/home is protected under MRTA?
2. do we need to change the mortgage loan name?

which one do you guys is better?

1. HLB : BLR - 2.4
- additional 10$ of renovation loan pre-approved

2. OCBC : BLR - 2.3
- top up loan which is like refinance but no need to sign another loan, no need pay for legal/doc fee.

hi sifus, this topic probably has been discuss many times over the years. not sure if everything is still valid since we have a couple of changes lately. for instance the increase of affordable home from RM220k to RM400K.

i am in the midst of preparing myself with knowledge and finance to get my 1st home.

so, i was reading around and beating the bush and i somehow still got confuse with many things.
for instance the items in entry cost.. some list down like 10, this table below has got fewer things..

if we were to buy new from developer a new housing project. some has got package FOC laywer fee, stamp duty...
how many types of docs/fee are there actually involving in a buying new house transaction?

per my understanding as of now, these are the docs, what else is missing, and who bear the cost?

developer side:
1. SPA legal fee
2. SPA stamp duty

buyer side:
1. loan document legal fee
2. loan document stamp duty

hi guys, my sis car temp. hit max then later we found out the coolant tank is totally empty. its stated the coolant should be between some line.
i just bought a 0.5L coolant from caltex.
so i just pour in until between those line?

another think, the water in the radiator seems to be empty also.

so which 1 go first? water in the radiator? or coolant 1st??
