Hi all, I'm seeing a girl who has ISTP personality. We knew each other due to work few years back but were solely for work purpose until recently where we first met in my office then both of us were positive for meeting up after work. So far we only went out twice for dinner, she's very busy with her job and weekend will be her rest day and family day, so I only got to meet her after work. At first, she was quite attentive to my msg, she even initiated by sending me msg. But after few weeks, thing starts to slow down, she rarely reply and sometimes it takes her 2-3 days to reply to my msg. I understand that she's a workaholic, very busy with her work but I don't see why she could take so long to text back and the thing is she never saw my msg for few days, even during weekend, until the day she replied. It seems like she could be hot and cold at times and this gives me mixed feelings on her.

She is quite cheerful and chatty when we met, but after that she could go MIA for quite long and I'm not sure when should I text her, thinking that it might be disturbing to her. And I am also not sure how much gap should I give her before we meet up again as I understand that she doesn't like too much pressure. She told me that her personality type is ISTP, and I also asked her about her view on marriage where she told me that it's not a necessity for her, if she met the right one then she might, while I myself is looking for marriage and starting a family in future. She doesn't really think too much about her future and prefer less commitment in life. I did some research on ISTP personality and now I have more understanding on her and perhaps it explains why she reacted in this way.

I have been thinking recently about this. I really like her but part of her personality would also make me feel uncomfortable at the same time. I'm not sure whether should I continue or to get out. I never expect her to change anything, but I myself would compromise to suit her. If I were to continue, how should I approach her? Anyone have experience dating girls with similar personality?

how to get 90% loan on 3rd property?

Hi all, anyone know how to get 90% loan on 3rd property?

Currently i have 2 property loan,

1) Loan 1 outstanding RM13k, advance payment 200k
2) Loan 2 outstanding RM312k

I dump most of my saving into my 1st loan to save on interest but i do not intend to pay off as this will deplete my saving. I'm looking to get a 3rd property around RM400k, i read somewhere that we can actually combine 2 loan into 1 loan and so still able to get 90% loan for 3rd property? Anyone done this before?

car accident, car bumped motor, motor at fault

Hi all, yesterday i bumped my car onto a motor which was coming against the direction on a one way road when i was existing the main gate from my office. Both of us made police report and the report stated that the motor is at fault. Luckily no injuries to the other party but i need to replace the right the side front bumper of my car. In this case, if i claim from insurance, my NCD will it be affected? become 0% next year?

Hi all, I just bought a subsale unit which obtained VP back in November 2021. Previous owner never apply for tnb meter connection. I get my electrical contractor to help with tnb meter application but he informed that he can't apply for me as it's probably still under the developer. I called management, but was told to walk into tnb to fill up application form myself. I checked with developer, but they told me to go there together with previous owner as they have already submitted application under previous owner name(but there's no meter?) I'm so confused. Anyone can advise what to do?

i use xtraseal 807 gap filler to stick those board before, they work fine, but not sure if i can do the same with this brand.

Hi, anyone have experience using this type of polyester fiber sound proof panel? I plan to get some of this panel to reduce sound transmission from next room as the wall in my current room is built with 100mm light weight block which the sound proof quality is very poor.

Should i get this panel or should i install another layer of partition board with rockwool to the wall? Which one is better?

Hi all, I bought a MYDOT non stick frying pan 3 months ago, but now it is already starting to have quite a few small chippings in the center of the pan. I want to replace with another pan, which brand is recommended? Should i get a cheap one use and replace or its better to get a premium one that maybe can last longer?

Hi all, recently i have this problem when i go online, i always get this proxy error. I noticed that my location changes from MY to Czech whenever i log on to Google. I search online for solution, tried resetting chrome and use ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew on command prompt but still cannot solve the problem. I am an IT noob anyone can help? What should i do to solve this problem?

Hi all, anyone can share their experience in using parcel collection service? I am thinking of providing parcel collection service around my place, not only for small items but also for large items such as furniture. There are quite a few of condo just within walking distance, new condo is coming up as well within the place, with higher density around 1000+ unit in total. Concept is the same as other parcel collection service but with bigger space for bigger items and resident nearby can reach easily just by walking.

Hi all, i just started my small scale online food business, selling overnight oat. I am offering 9 different flavors overnight oat that is selling at RM6.00/cup/12oz. Initially i wanted to hand out flyer but after i saw so many people are also posting free on fb groups, i decided to try it out as well so I posted my ad on fb groups last week, but up to today there is still no order coming in yet, anyone can advise whats the problem? Is it my marketing problem or should i go the traditional way, print and hand out flyer instead of posting on fb?
