Hello, any tips and shortcut or convenient ways of configuring the SEF to work?

if you have the knowledge,pls share it to us..like what kind of component you are using right now and how easy of it..

I have tried to use the default SEF that provided by the Joomla,it just doesn't work but end up all of my pages became 404 not found or with mess...

Hi guys....

I have a case recently, a pc installed with windows home edition but in corrupted status, and the cd was lost,so how do I search back from this corrupted windows cd key?(ORI)

I have tried to attached to another windows functioning pc, and I still abel to see those files(windows,program files,my documents etc) in the corrupted drive.

I have seen the internet guide which browse this file[$winnt$] to look for the product key, but show nothing inside.

Hi all, i have just delivered an Acer Desktop[Model:Veriton 460]
Which have pre-loaded Winxp pro,Norton Internet Security,MS Office 2007.
But when I have set the Ip,workgroup and name for the desktop, it could connect to the internet without any problem.

but the problem is, it couldn't connect to the lan,it's always prompts xxx network is invalid, try to contact your admin bla bla bla, make sure you have the right permission...etc.

The ip suppose used by the old machine before this new acer machine in, so I use the previouse lan settings for this acer.

Guys, My computer has some weird things happened..

e.g.;

1.when open my computer>click any of the local drive, it will open a new window instead of the current window.
2.Microsoft Interne Explorer 7 word wiped off, now whenever open any sites, the title will show (site xyz-haha).

I have tried to use Avast Anti virus to scan the local c, but only detected a trojan, after that the problem still presist.
later I will post my Hijack Log for reference.

Have anyone encountered this b4?

Hey, I had encountered a few cases b4 that was my customer's pc couldn't on their windows after that.

when I use the windows xp cd and try to repair the windows,the local c will show empty[no files are stored].

But then I think there couldn't be the hdd's problem becos the local d drive didn't been affected.

so,what could this be?and most probably happened on windows xp.

Q1: I got blank cdr, and I got avi format video. How do I know the normal VCD/DVD players are able to play avi format? Or MPEG I/II ?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Couldn't connect to the internet even the line been activated and awaited for more then 7 days.
Problem frequency: 1st installation and a few attempts.
Problem description: Some area are only support Aztech modem/router instead of all brands/model(told by TM technician).

Did you guys have encountered any problems that were similar with mine?

Let me add something that the modem/router works perfectly at Bercham area(Which is another site in Ipoh city)
