Can 3 users connected to Wifi saturate 100Mbps?

Given this scenario:

One 100Mbps broadband line is shared by 3 users using one Wifi G (54Mbps) broadband router.

If all users connected at the same time and download huge files from superfast servers (bandwidth 1Gbps), will the broadband line get saturated? Basically I want to confirm whether the usage would be:

a) 3 users x 54Mbps = 162Mbps i.e > 100Mbps thus saturated
OR
b) 3 users share 54Mbps = 54Mbps i.e < 100Mbps thus not saturated

Can somebody advise on this. Thanks a lot
