Dear All,

Those who know me should know that I am in a financial shithole. I would like to ask those who are currently earning good side income to share their success stories here so that I could follow.

I have been thinking of ways to get extra income and below are some of my ideas but I lack the in depth knowledge to kick start it:

Selling stuffs in pasar malam

Been planning to buy china stuffs and sell it in pasar malam, any1 knows how to get / rent or apply a place in pasar malam?

Selling stuffs online

Which website is the best? What products are popular and could yield good profits?

Working as part-time house brokers

Do i need a license to do that? If yes, what should i do to get that license?

Rent and drive a taxi part time.

How and where can i get the license? Any taxi drivers here can share what is the cost involve to get a taxi?

Above are some ideas that i could think of, if any bros here could suggest much better ideas please SHARE. I believe there must be a lot of much better ideas around.

Financial Status of a 29 year old loser

Hi all...I hate to admit it but I am a loser big time.

I am 29 years old and I am a habitual gambler...I gamble in genting, internet cafe casino and also soccer betting because of these I am in debt big time. I writing this is to ask the world what I could do to stop all these nonsense as I have just lost RM 4,800 over the weekend which I only have RM 2000 to pay on tuesday...most probably I have to cash advance again.

Below is the financial status I am in, please give me some comments on how to improve it...

Liabilities

Total 8 credit cards with outstanding of RM 60,000, min. payment is about 3K+ each month.
Housing Loan monthly 500
Car Loan monthly 700
Own allowance 800
All other utilities i pay with credit card.

Minimum expenses per month is 5K+

Assets

Shares and unit trust RM 9500
Monthly nett income RM 3200
House RM 125k Outstanding loan RM 75K ( Tried to re-loan but my farking name cant get loan as too much CC debts)
Car GEN 2 RM 26k Outstanding loan RM 28K (fark if sell my car still have to pay to bank *****)

As you can see my income is not enough to cover my expenses, so i often have to cash advance to service other loan. E.g: i paid min.payment RM 600 for CC (A) then i withdraw 300 to pay min payment for CC (B). So ends up my CC outstanding keeps on increasing.

What can I do to make situation better? I cant sleep almost every nite.....I want to be debt free and I want to quit gambling........................................

Can anyone explain to me why is it that some company NAV is lower than its share price some is higher?

Also is it a good or bad thing that its NAV is actually much higher that its share price?

Visiber is a company that sells pendant at an exorbitant price...have anyone of you bought from them? Please share your experience regardless whether is Bad or good...

Below is my experience....

My uncle believes in this product very much and thus introduce it to my mum, as a start my mum bought a single number pendant that cost 800+ she wore it and as expected no changes in her life. So my uncle claimed that because single number might not be powerful enough so recommended her a double number pendant (RM 5000+) instead. I feel that my uncle is trying to build up his network and earn some fast money...

Because of the accuracy of the fortune telling and so called testimonials from other users my mum bought it even with disapproval from the whole family...

The pendant did change her life after all, her relationships with the rest of the family members had turned pretty sour.

So far my mum spend about 9K on these products...no 8 pendant 800+, double numbered 9 and 6 pendant 5000+ and 165 numbered frame for the kitchen 2000+ using up the limit on her credit card and still I cant see any improvement in her life on top of that she will talk more to the pendant than to us as she was told that she have to tell her wishes to these numbers in order for it to help her...I really beh tahan....

For me, i do not find the product to be useful at all is just another MLM company trying to earn our hard earned money.

Do share with me if any1 of you have used and feel that this product is useful...likewise if you feel the same as me please share your experience too...

I am a 29 year old guy living in KL, working as below:

Job title: Business Development Executive
Highest Qualification: Advanced Diploma

Basic Salary: RM 3300
Car Maintenance: RM 400 / mth
Toll and petrol: By company.
Commission: Nil

What do u guys think abt wat I am getting now...is it considered okie? Or the market rate shd be much higher?
