Violence to any Building Code or Guideline?

Is there any building code or international guideline (British Standard/Australia Standard/American Standard or even Msia standard) in related with method of works to construct the r.c. column.

The contractor laid the brickwall before erecting the r.c. column. they only use 2 side of formwork to built the column.

Even the stiffener beam also u can see in the photo.. erect brickwall then the stiffener beam. they use the brickwall as the soffit fwork

Really need your help

Hi, I am in dilema to chose between BMW 120iM Sport versus A200 Blue Efficiency. Both more or less at par.

Price wise 120i - RM219,800 while A200 at RM196,888.

BMW can get 4% Discount while Merc offer nothing.

120i package with free service for 5 years. Merc nothing.

Er,,,

Please give advise both advantage and disadvantage of both car.

I am eyeing a Semi D house near kajang.

the owner asking fro RM440k

Semi D with lease hold title. Corner Lot.

as i dont have any experience in buying property, you kind guidance is much appreciated.

1a) Roughly how much the interest for this amount of loan? (if put 10% down payment).

1b) Currently heard that BNM had tighten up their policy for giving loan. How the eligibility is calculated?

2) Can i withdraw all my 2nd account EPF to pay the down payment?

3) Wht are the other cost should i prepare? For instance how much the cost for me for Legal fees/Legal Document/S&P Agreement/misc doc?

4) On top of the above legal fees wht are other cost for me to budget?

I plan to join loan with my sister. any recommended bank (preferably islamic loan scheme).

Argh..really headache thinking of this.. huhu...totally blank.
