what is the diff. between USA and EUROPE psp games

i just bought psp and looked up on the internet for best game for psp to buy. but i keep stumble on Europe on USA types with same titles of psp games. so i want to know what are the different and which one should i buy to play with my psp that i bought at kl (ASIA)

direct x 11

hi, i just bought new gc model ati hd 5750. it stated that it support direct x 11. but when looked at my dxdiag in video tab, it stated 10.1. how can i change it to direct x11? btw, i using wins7 32 ultimate oem.

What is wrong with my pc

hello

i just changed my proc amd x2 4000 to amd x2 5200. however after that my pc just went sort dead after 30 minutes play latest game such crysis and the last remnant. after went dead, i couldn't boot and only can boot after 3-4 hour. so plz help me here
