PC auto restart

Recently my PC auto restart itself.

Biostar TPower i45
Intel E8400, Corsair 1Gb x 2 + Adata 2gb x 1
CM V8 Cooler
Nvidia 9500GT
500Gb + 2Tb HDD
CM GX 550W PSU

MY PC CAN RUN NORMALLY WITHOUT RESTART IF I PUT MY TABLE FAN IN FRONT MY CASING

1. At 1st me suspect GC problem (overheat)..so change other GC but same problem occur
2. CPU running normal temp 30 - 40C..Change other CPU fan + thermalpaste..also same problem occur
3. Try change other RAM also same problem occur
4. Want to test other PSU but got no extra PSU
5. Motherboard show normal temp 30 - 40C..and me already put new thermalpaste to chipset heatsink ..also same problem occur

Anybody can answer me what is my true problem is?

My monitor no signal

Got monitor no signal problem when i using my GC XFX 9600 GT wif my mobo GA-MA780G-UD3H.
Im using VGA cable from monitor to GC through DVI to VGA adapter (My GC dual DVI).
Oledi go into BIOS set for PEG/PEG1 graphic first but still got no signal.

Somebody help me pleaseee.

This about lcd at my office..

Sometimes when i using it around 3-5 minutes it will suddently turn into black. But the power is still on.

I had tried change cable (power, vga) but still the same

I suspect the problem with the lcd power supply..

Anyone got any idea?
