My iphone 5 stuck! I cant even go to the home screen. i was using yahoo messenger before it happened. after i logout, nothing happend when i press home button or else. someone please help me cant restart the phone also

hi. someone out there, kindly help me out from this matter. i've jailbroke my ip4. then, the touchpad which we need to use to enter the passcode bcame smaller. i cant even enter a single code! it bcame multiple touch when i touch any number. such as, 1 touch 1 but seems like i touch 123..
what do i need to do? i cant use my phone

someone, kindly help me. here are my probs-
1- i ve jb my ip4, after that safari & cydia cant be used. i ve re-jb, and the cydia can be used once, but after that its happen again.
2-cydia can be used once, i ve installed themes/ winterboard, then the ip4 reboot itself. badly, its stucks, only apple logo appears. i ve restore my phone, but when i re-download the winterboard, itr happens again. how come? please help me yaa.
