axxo Malaysia office in megamall KL, all the same management style.....

this is actually head office in France (with Germany) but their management practices here is totally very China-man style or oriental style...... we can be put it in a more proper saying: axxo is a so-call westernize multi-national cooperation (MNC) but in fact when u really gets into the company the Management all were possess with very feudalistic thinking, and all of them do things in a very 'closed door' manners.... for e.g. after u send email to them (maybe c.c. others), then the managers can totally ignored that email and no reply at all, in turn if he/she sent email to someone and she expects that person to feedback to him/her immediately.... if u've work in other REAL MNC organization, u'll knew how things suppose to be when it is truly transparent and well-managed!!

this place also totally no Well-Monkey-Being-At-Work in place, but the management always broadcasting the matter to all employees, what the use and WTH!!

they hire every IT candidates (regardless whether you are previously a senior analyst programmer/Syst Analyst/Senior Syst Analyst etc), if happen you're hire, then the managers/leaders will only treat you as a pool of lame/normal programmer resources, then you are like working as a labour in a software factory

p/s: the managers and leaders here all work about min 7-8 yrs (some even longer), you need to be colonize and shine their buttocks if you wanna survive. otherwise pls go somewhere better

Overall this company is lousy and not professional !! Anyone interested pls beware!!

i am planning to purchase a new netbook (for normal use but averagely good CPU performance) with price range max at rm1300.

rough spec im looking at:
-----------------------------
> Intel / Atom also ok
> 2G RAM
> 320-500G HDD

Extra consideration:
----------------------
> easy recovery if crash
> good after-sale services

i have a few brands in mind:
1. Dell
2. hP
3. Asus
4. Lenovo
5. Acer
6. Toshiba
7. may suggest other reliable brands

PSP FW 3.03 downgrade

I got an old PSP 1600x original Sony firmware v3.03, I need to downgrade it to v1.50, then upgrade to latst custome firmware

1) Can anyone suggest is ther any reliable game stores in Lowyat which do provides the PSP downgrading service, and then upgrade to latest compatible Custom Firmware around 5.xx ?

2) How much is the charges ? As i know in Singapore they only charge SGD10 bucks, want to know in Malaysia how much do they charge...
