Details of the complaint :-
Refer to the conversation above and post your opinion here. Even though I don't get the replacement also ok but I want to show the way he dealing with business is not good. He aware and confirmed the problem but still want buyer to bear the postage charges even using a normal charges also need to pay, is this so called as replacement? He said there will be replacement if confirmed is manufacturer problem, but didn't inform that I need to bear the postage charges if needed replacement. If I get to know to bear the charges, I will not wasting my time like that and accept for what it was. Last time I bought SP from a member "Antho", he replace it to me when I told him there is dented and he post to me with POST EXPRESS without any charges.
