http://forum.lowyat.net/ Fri, 05 Jun 2026 18:11:51 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1929527 Hello all,<br /><br />my wife had a iphone 4 and recently she encounters the screen is not responsive. when she slide the screen, it does not response or if it does, it goes haywire like keeps going back and forth. <br /><br />another scenario, is during text messaging, if she press and alphabet say, H, the surrounding alphabet like G or J will also automatically appear even they are not touched. <br /><br />and for making calls, when she touch 0, # which is next to it will also appear as though it was touched.<br /><br />we sent the unit back for troubleshooting in Maxis Ctr and they did an upgrade to the latest software version and this still happens.<br /><br />it is not all the time but does happen sometimes.<br /><br />could it be the screen protector or the unit itself?<br /><br />someone here has this similar experience? appreciate if you can share your experience and the solution to rectify<br />it.<br /><br />thanks in advance. reddevil04 iPhone Thu, 23 Jun 2011 11:12:17 +0800
