Weak Upper Body & Poor Strength

Hi All,

I'm new here. Had been training for 8 months straight (3 to 5 times gym, with regular cardio 20 to 30 mins between rest days)

But the results not so encouraging for me, especially my upper body.
My shoulders, chests, arms & other parts seemed weak.

I'm also on Personal Training and not being given very good advice. Seeking help to understand why I'm not getting the results as intended.
Somehow I'm already starting to feel demotivated.

Below are the things I'm doing:-
- first 2 months (dropped 5kg on workout and clean diet)
1) good workout from PT (sore and pain like shiet), strength can't increase much
2) even push ups is hard for me to reach beyond 30, pull-ups is almost impossible for me to lift
3) Regular intake of isolate protein after workout and night time & morning supplement (Muscletech Multi-Vitamin)
4) Increased food intake especially protein & increasing back to my usual calories & carbs (not too good with macro nutrients)
5) Eating more crazy than ever (getting hungry very fast almost every 2 to 3 hours, others start thinking i'm food crazy & ridiculous)

How do I fix my weak upper body.

Anyone have experience with such problems like mine. Really appreciate some help.

Thanks & Regards.
Speed Drops

Broadband provider
ISP/package: TM Streamyx 2MB
Location: Penang
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes, previously there's some issue with the line until now they still can't solve it for about almost 3 months. The telco personnel has came to my place few times and troubleshoot the problem, initially was the cabling outside, the DB connectors. And after that it seems that my broadband port was jumpered to another area where it's out of my broadband area coverage a.k.a DSL Pizza box. After that they found the cables still giving issues and need to relay.

Personal equipment
Modem: Billion BiPAC 5112S
Router: Linksys WRT310N
Firewall used: None

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Request time out when ping to Streamyx DNS server and also connection unstable gets disconnection quite often.
Problem frequency: Quite Often
Problem description: The speed after connecting for few hours, the speed drops. When I On/Off the router and the modem, I gain back my usual download speed. Previously I'm also using Linksys router instead it's an All-In-One router WAG54G v3. I managed to observe this only today. Previously, such issue didn't occur. Anyway for me to check into further details of this problem ? I have also sent my ping test results to TM and waiting for their reply.

The above description clearly describes my problem. Please let me know if you need more information to help me solve this problem.

This problem has been very annoying to me and I'm unable to work from home especially downloading large chunk of files from my office as well as surfing international corporate websites.

Thanks.

Guys, any of you know where I can get the products I mentioned in my title ?

It seems the cheap deals of RM80 include transport charges price no longer available.

Most of them the price tags costs RM90 & above. Anyone know where I can get it cheaper ?

I wanna complete my collection of Nike Pro stuffs. I had all the black Nike Pro Vent items, sleeveles, Short Sleeve & long sleeve ones.
Except the Pro Tights (pants which I wanted it badly for my workout & look nice )

I'm so crazy of Nike Pro items since 1 year ago, but now only can buy em if they are cheaper. If anyone know where I can get them cheaper pls let me know.
It seems that ebay is also expensive, even though some are selling cheap but the transport charges kills.

Can't erase Internet.exe

Hi guys, I really have a serious problem with my PC, I tried downloaded Avast AntiVirus and also Spybot S&D and also tried out UniBlue SpyErase,SpeedUpYourPC and RegistryBooster to clean up whatever foreign software components that aren't suppose to be in my system.

Lucky for me, I managed to recover to previous state where the PC was still at good condition. Thanks to System Restore, I manage to recover from many viruses as well as BSOD. Still there's a file that's causing my whole PC is really screwed up. One of them is Internet.exe.

If i'm not mistaken this is the file that's causing most of the viruses coming into my PC. I even googled around the internet to search for answer and trying to clean up this file by deleting it but not working.

I even tried to reboot the PC in Safe Mode and clear that particular registry and deleting the file, it seems that it's a new strain of Internet.exe where it's ble to mask itself as Microsoft Corporation background services.

I can only disabled in thru startup and removing the registry is of no use. It will keep replicate itself when i switch to other registry edits and coming back to the same registry.

Has anyone encountered such problem ? This virus seems to be highly infectious and it keep infecting many of my files and I try to delete the files instead of cleaning cause cleaning it doesn't work and so far there's no anti-virus cure for it.

I really hope someone can help me find a way to clear that Internet.exe from my pc as it should be the root cause of the viruses.

Thanks.
