Maybe I will just share mine. I am 34 years old.

1 years look ahead plan - Married, Honeymoon.

5 years look ahead plan - To have kids. Maybe 2 of them... . Not to work too far from my wife.

10 years look ahead plan - Do some small business. Enjoy non stress life with my wife

Retirement plan - To Be Advice. Maybe you all got a better plan to share here ?
