Job responsibilities:
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature. Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents.
• Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Requirements:
• Minimum professional Certificates or Bachelor Degree in any field with knowledge in IT Support / Helpdesk MS Exchange, Active Directory and other mail protocols such as IMAP Microsoft Office 2003 onwards and other common desktop applications .
• SPM leavers can be considered as well but must have at least 1-2 years of related working experience
• Proficiency/Experience in using remote access and remote-control technologies.
• Basic networking skills including TCP/IP and the ability to configure network printers
• Awareness of all mainstream mobile technologies (Android, Apple etc.)
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision, tight deadlines, independently, dynamic and fast paced environment
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• 24/7 hours shift position. Accessible by public transport on both shift hours
• Must be able to read,write and speak in Mandarin

Lachesis not working

I tried to install my brother's Razer Lachesis on my laptop. The problem is the laser is not turned on. I tried updating the mouse driver to 1.10 and firmware to 1.94 Windows 7, but its still the same. Help pls..

auto low memory?

I just formatted my laptop and now using original XP sp2. before this, my laptop was affected with viruses and crash my window, thats why I had to format it. but since I didnt get to backup my drive D, I can only format my C.

the problem right now is, my C has about 6GB empty space but sometimes, it would suddenly plummet and there will be a notification that says I'm running low on disk space on C. It happens so many times. I thought it was the programs that saves temporary files but I'm not too sure. any suggestions?

auto minimize & HD prob

My laptop has this problem that it suddenly minimize or exit the window i'm using. First example, I'm playing Dota, and the game will suddenly minimize. 2nd example, I browsing through my HD, the suddenly the explorer window will not be chosen. For this problem, i have to click again at the taskbar..

Is it a virus or something?

One more thing; I have a 1TB Western Digital External HD and when the empty space is around 360gb, it will hang and I cannot copy anything into it. It will show a error window showing a message 'The requested sector cannot be found'.

monitor problem

i'm using Sony Vaio VGN-FE15GP. The screen is acting weird. When I turn on the laptop after some time, the monitor will not display anything but u can hear the sounds. Then I have to leave it for about 30 minutes and then restart it. Then it depends, sometime its functioning and sometimes not. Any ideas? thank you...

WD External HD prob

About 2 months ago, i purchased WD external Hard disk (1TB). It was running fine a few days until it suddenly hang whenever i tried to run a program, watch video or copy new item into or out of it. I thought that the space is running low at that time (300gb+) so i deleted some stuff and recovered until 400gb+. But the problem still remains the same. Any suggestions? I'm kinda desperate.. thx..
