Hi, as per topic, I'm looking to get myself a laptop with budget of rm2.5k(maybe 100 or 200 extra is fine)

My requirement is 14inch(I dunwan to big screen size), that I can play starcraft 2 or diablo 3 at high setting(no need ultra setting lol) without any lag and spikes. And able to multitask without hanging or lagging with say 10+ tabs for webpage and maybe 5-6 sheets of excel and words.

Sry if my requirement seems weird, I'm total noob on this and I can only put it inwords I understand. Lol.

Thanks for the advice in advance first.

tackling older ladies

Hi cupids, as per topic, I'm not sure whether it is gene problem anot becos my dad is younger than my mom and my brothers both is having older gf's as well, the thing is that ever since I'm form 4 - form 5 I always tell my parents and bro I dun feel attractive to elder girls and heck I wouldn't fall for any older girls.. But now kantoi edi.. Eversince I started working(I'm 23 this year, started working when I'm 19), I find girls in my workplace who is elder than me very much more attractive than those freshies who started working and dun mention my frens who is in college.. No doubt some of the freshies is much more pretty but I find those ladies is even more attractive in terms of their maturity, personality and attitude.. I totally lost the passion to flirt or court the girls at my age or younger than me since 2 years back that's why in the 2 years I am pretty much focusing on my work and stayed single.. Ok enuff self confessing..

Now that I feel that my job is much more stable and I am getting more personal time after work, I'm thinking to go after a girl(28) who works in the same company as me but different department. I have got no experience on tackling a girl to be honest, my first relationship started becos my ex initiated it and she "tackled" me instead. Lol. I'll skip the "how good how good" bout the girl that I'm interested at and move to the point. Our "progress" so far has been lunch dates, textings, emailing once in a while and some personal calls at night. We hardly talked to each other in office aside from lunchtime if we're eating together becos she is always engage in meetings while I'm managing a sales force currently and we're not on the same floor.. The tricky part I believe is she works at the same place as me, and although her work is not related to mine, she's still a level above me in terms of job ranking, I never think that this should be a problem becos somehow, I manage to find out how much she earns and being on a sales side, my pay is actually higher than her managerial salary, but I'm just concerned whether she can accept this.. Though I haven talk to her or ask her on her opinion on love between colleagues or anything about a younger partner.. Cos it will be too obvious right?? Lol currently I am just gonna take things slow and steady and judging from the response, i think so far so good, and I'm thinking to take the next step to ask her out on coming weekend and see how it goes.. I just wanna noe from the expert or those that have experience in this, wat kind of difficulties will I face when tackling a older girl? The only issues that I can think of is perhaps my age, which u noe, I did not touch on it when I talk to her be it on texting or calls.. And does confession still work these days especially to older girl? I'm definitely not thinking to confess right now, but I'm certainly planning to do so when the time is right..

Credit Card Restructuring with low interest

I'm not sure any1 already created this kind of thread anot or if I am not allow to post this kind of thread(if so pls remove it), but this is actualli a thread about EPP installments plan for credit card and i assume most of the bankers or even consumers noe this very well. Maybe i should describe abit on it.

EPP is also known as Easy Payment Plan. Just a short Example :
Customer bought a set of LCD TV at teh cost of RM5k, then he convert it to EPP. which means the customer will be able to divide the 5k into monthly installments up to a certain period(usually ranging from 1 to 3 years) depends on the period he wants or the tenure that the company offers. This is so that customer do not have to pay a big lump sum in the next credit card statement. Now, what i'm trying to do here is I will convert watever outstanding(O/s) that u're having now in any bank's credit card to this EPP installment plan to help u guys out there to save down the interest that the bank is charging. We also offered credit card loan. In one concept, customer is "buying" cash from us.

A simple explanation for converting the balance - Customer A owes 10k in one of his credit card, i will help him to convert his o/s to EPP with a small amount of interest depends on which bank's card. After the approval(usually 2 hours or up to 3 working days), the fund will be disburst into his credit card and he will start to serve the EPP payment until he finish paying everything up. Its as simple as that.

For taking the credit card loan - Customer needs to take 10k loan from his credit card, we convert his credit card limit to this EPP plan and pay customer cash on the spot or bank in within 2 hours or up to 3 working days.

Its really very simple, but i would like to strongly stress that -
-There are no guarantor or any collaterals required.
-Our company offers EPP installment ranging from 3-5 years.
-We nvr check any CTOS or CCRIS. This is 99% approval.
-NO processing fee or hidden cost required. I noe that there might be other ppl out there who is doing this also and they might charge u any handling fees or watsoever but watever fees u paid is paid to the agent. We don't charge any of this fee.
-THE EPP REPAYMENT IS PAID TO THE BANK NOT OUR COMPANY.(u must be fully aware of this, coz if the agent nvr told u bout this or he told u that the repayment is to the company then u must be careful.)
- all the dealings will be done face to face to avoid scamming and a better understanding of the rates and wat we r doing.

The reason y I'm doing this is becoz there are approximately 9 million credit card user in M'sia(still growing) and about 45% is onli able to make minimum payment(not to mention those who pay less than the 5% payment or never even pay at all =X), thus interest will be occured to the remaining balance. This will make the balance that the cardholders is trying to payoff increasing every month due to the interest. Instead of paying interest that banks will charge every month, why not just pay a fix amount of interest for the EPP and convert it to a repayment plan with a lower repayment which is definitely cheaper?

FYI, i worked in a local bank in Msia be4 as a sales exec for balance transfer and cash loan, i can see that the customer's base given by the bank, most of them has balances in thier credit card(of coz there are full pay masters also) and are jus making the minimum payment every month. AND most of them not onli has 1 card but plenty of it from other banks. so u can imagine the amt card slaves in Msia. =X

Lastly, If u have heard of the balance transfer or credit card cash loan offered by banks, IF its cheap, yes u can go for it, but u must considered that u have to meet the criteria set by the bank like prompt payment every month, or availability of credit limit blah blah blah. whereas we dun see all this. Our main objective is to help customer save interest, and we get our sales(yes we do earn by doing this but not very much), so long as customer is happy with our service, we will be more than happy to expand this business(currently onli me and my fren is doing).

If u're interested can drop me a PM or email me at lucaslokepss@gmail.com

Cheers,
Lucas.
