Is there any expert here can explain how this OD works?

Like if i applied for the OD facility for my current account, how does it usually appears in my statement? If i did not use the money? Just incase i use it? How? If i applied for the OD but did not use it, do i still need to pay the interest? Anyone????

WTA - Car Purchasing

Currenntly considering of buying a new car for daily work purposes. Mostly will use it for short distances from home to office everyday. Budget is very crucial here but willling to pay around RM300 per month for car installment. Any recommendations? I found out Myvi price is actually on par with Persona which is ridiculous. Any NEW car in the RM30-40K auto tranny? Don't want used car. Thanks for the advices.
