I have an apartment with 3 rooms to rent on a sharing basis as per details below.

Master Bedroom with attached bathroom

- 2 Units of double deck beds with mattress and pillow(Maximum can fit 4 person)
- 4 units of single door lockers.

Second Room

- 1 Unit of double deck bed (for 2 person)
- 2 Units of single door locker.

Third Room

- 1 Unit of double deck bed (for 2 person)
- 2 Units of single door locker.

To be furnished with refrigerator, washing machine, stove with gas cylinder for light cooking.

Deposit : 2+ 1 (can be paid over 2 months)

Rent rate : RM270 monthly inclusive of utilities.

Please take note that this unit is newly painted and comes with new bed, mattress and pillows. Please PM for pictures.

I would like some feedback on whether to purchase the new Proton Saga or a 2012 VW Polo 1.2 TSI.

The VW Polo is still under warranty until 2019.

His budget is RM50 or below for a 2GB MP3 Player with at leat 1 year warranty.. if possible the design should be like the pen drive type where u just slot it into your USB port on the PC to insert the songs,

Hi folks,

I received an sms from a maxis number for some eat and earn programme. 2 Days after that i received a call from a malay lady asking me if i have heard about Steven's corner. I told her no and then she explained that it is a mamak restaurant almost 32 yeras in malaysia and they are having these eat and earn thingy. the example she gave was, if i eat for rm10 at steven's corner, they will pay me rm20. any of you guys encountered this before? Please share....
