All USB port damaged

all the "usb port" of my old laptop was damaged. windows and ubuntu cannot detect all USB devices. "mouse" menyala doesn't work.
What is problem? Windows can boot. All function except USB pott

Gigabyte Intel GA-Z77-D3H Socket LGA1155 Motherboard cannot detect sapphire hd 6790...
had tried many way( rest bios, remove battery,disable onboard vga) but still problem...
my PSU is 500watt..
