How much do landlords normally charge for shorter term rentals, e.g. 3 months, 6 months, as compared to yearly?

Guys, could use your opinion on this... I just found out I'm being charged interests if I clear my contra on T3 or T4 by maybank2u... They're calling it "Contra Service Charge" and charging 11+% !

Is this normal in all brokerage firms? or am I being ripped?
