Electronic Ballasts for Fluorescent Lamp

I am looking for electronic ballasts for the 36W/40W fluorescent lamps that are rather common. The reason being that they are more energy efficient, and also do not have any flicker. However, I am unable to find any such ballast in Penang. Anybody knows where to find them?

70mm Fan in Penang

Dear All,

Does anybody know where I can buy a 70mm fan in Penang , specifically a 70mm x 70mm x 15mm fan? This is for my notepad cooler, a coolermaster notepal w1.

Two of one of the fan's blades broke off and the fan is extremely noisy due to vibration, thus i removed it and am looking for a replacement. Any larger fan cannot fit in the confined place.

Router Resetting Frequently

I got a router, Linksys WRT54G v5 running DD-WRT v23sp2 Generic Micro ... recently i have been noticing from the control panel of the router that after a few hours of usage, the load average goes to 100% and stays there for several mins.... after that the router resets itself .. (i.e. the up time starts from 0 mins again) . this happens every few hours and is breaking off my downloads and causing a nuisance in general .. Any idea what is happening and what i can do to stop this?
I am only running 1 desktop wired and 3 laptops wirelessly from the router and i am bitorrenting from one of the laptops.

keyboard key not working

I have a microsoft comfort curve keyboard..... once in a while the "g" key will not work due to some reason, I just need to unplug and replug the usb cable to get it to work again ,.... the keyboard is connected to my laptop, which is how i am able to type "g"
recently even with unplugging, the keyboard is unable to use that key...
any idea y ?

PC wun turn on

I got this pc, that was on during a thunderstorm, then the power went out and the ups kicked in. but when power was restored, couldnt turn it on, power led never lights up and hdd led is on forever.
changed power supply but no difference, wat perhaps might be the problem?
