Hiring someone to monitor contractor's work

I am currently renovating my house and I have a contractor for the following works:
1. Wiring & Light Installation
2. Painting
3. Wainscoting

Recently I found that they are not very committing to the work and it delayed my planned schedule.
For example, they promised to complete everything by today but they couldn't make it, still a lot of works to do, and not really satisfied with the works done.

I have work and I cant & I am not sure how I can monitor them closely to complete the work with better handwork.

Is it possible if I hire someone / another contractor who is more responsible to help me chase and monitor their work for a few days?

If yes can someone please recommend.

Hello, recently I am renovating my condo.

I have a quotation to paint my 800 sqft unit (all areas except bathroom & balcony) for RM3k. Is the cost ok?

And what are the differences if we choose Jotun/Nippon/Dulux other than the color choices?

My father passed away

My father just recently passed away in hospital, below are some brief situations,

My father undergo an operation to remove excessive air between the skull and the brain, and doctor said the operation was successful and my father was stable and awake, after 3 hours of operation.
However one hour later doctor said my father's brain lack of oxygen due to the heartbeat too fast, and pretty much said that my father has major brain damaged where he couldn't be awaked and passed away after 5 days.

What we couldn't accept is, how can my father not getting immediate life support when his brain is lack of oxygen and caused his brain to suffer from major damage. He is in ICU just right after the operation. Doctor was not in the ICU during the incident in fact he has gone back home right after the operation. There is another doctor came to gave my father shocks in the chest and use machine to give my father oxygen during the incident but I believe it has been too late.

Is it I can access to the full medical reports including my father's heart rate and blood pressure every minutes during the incident happen? How can I know what were the immediate actions that was done to my father during the incident? Is there any legal action can be taken in my father's dead?

Hope any expertise out there can help.

Question about foundation in UTAR

Well I'm going for foundation in UTAR but I've a few question here, hopes some one can solve it for me

Firstly, i wanna know is it i can take Computer Science at degree if i take Foundation in art??

Secondly, is there other way to get the form or can i apply online without being go to their compus? And what is the deadline to apply for foundation??
