Company Not Paying My Last Salary

Hi, I wonder if anyone is familiar with Malaysian Labour Law here and is kind enough to help me analyze my case?

I was a confirmed employee of this X company and submitted my resignation letter on 29 Jan 2010 which was signed by my superior. The Contract of Employment states that resignation has to be of 30 days notice (calendar days, not working days). As of my resignation, I still have 16 days of unutilized annual leave. I stopped working on 3 Feb 2010 since I have 16 days of annual leaves to offset and with the numerous public holidays on Feb, I assume I have the whole month's salary covered even if I leave. Up till now, the company hasn't pay me my salary for Feb, and when I called to HR, they said that I was 'short-notice' because I didn't fill up Annual Leave Form and get it approved. They said I short-noticed for 25.5 days while my leave is only 16 days, so I still owe them money. How is that so when my resignation letter is already approved but I need another form to offset my leave? It's ridiculous. Also, if I owe them money, of course they will call me up and ask for it right? But no, they didn't call, which means they have some sort of 'guilt' and hope they can get away with not paying my salary.

I don't know where to look for help so if anyone has some recommendation for any party that helps to settle Disputes, do let me know of their website or contact. Thank you very much.

1) What is the average market costing for Stock/Custom photos?

2) Where to get the best stock photos? Both free and paid.

3) Customized photos like the P1 'Cut Already?' ad campaign, how to get those? From who? How much?

I'm a designer working for a theme park and is responsible for the marketing and promotion materials. I just want to hear all you designers' opinions and views on theme parks' advertisements. Do they all look the same? MUST they all look the same? What have you thought about designs when you last visited a theme park?
