my phone can't call out/receive sms while signal

Hi guys, recently my phone got problem.

I can't seems to call out nor send SMS; people can't call me or SMS me as well while my phone signal shows full bar. I have to restart my phone in order to receive or make calls.

What happen? Most frustrated is that I don't know when it will happen. My friend attempted to wake me up today, but end up unable to call/reach me, she had to call my mom to wake me up. Please help if you have experience this.

Hi guys, can you please help me out. This coming Saturday is a romantic day, Christmas. At the same time, it's also our birthday on that day, we are Xmas boy and girl. Ironic, right? Anyway, back to question, we planning to celebrate on the eve, and countdown for the Christmas (our birthday).

Hi, may I know how can one register for socso? The official website only provide guidance for employer to register for their employee, but the practice in my company is actually new employees need to go and register for themselves. May I know if this can be done through online or must be at counter? What documents are needed?

I understand that foreigner who is about to leave Malaysia for a period of more than 3 months without any intention of returning need to close their Tax File in LHDN.

I was wondering, so how about their EPF contribution for all these years in KWSP? Will it be transferred to their home country Provision Funds or what? How's the process go about?

How to conduct Exit Interview?

Hi, well, this is kinda surprise, I'm actually a fresh grad in HR field, and my supervisor did not even guide me how to do a Exit Interview, and tell me to go do it.

I did some research through online, so basically, I talked to the resignee, and ask any feedback or frustration, what satisfied/dissatisfied you and so on.

Once it's done, I have to fill in a report to make comment, I don't know what to put, I just simply put what the resignee going to do after this, e.g. going to further study or so on.

Actually what comment should I give? How can I conduct a good exit interview?

A2 (No Rujukan)
- How do i know my previous company reference? By the way, what's that?

B6 (No Rujukan Cukai SG/OG)
- What is this?

C1
- Is it requiring my total gross income including any taxable allowance?

The front part is requiring the total contribution of EPF, is it for employee portion or employer?
How about the latter, referring Kumpulan Wang Yang Diluluskan ke atas semua saraan, what does it mean?

This one is for Bumiputera only, right?

I'm not a fresh graduate, but as I'm not charged for income tax, I didn't care much, but now onwards, I'm subject to.
