No employment contract for agency based company

Hi

Just need some advise here

I’m just wondering if agency based companies provide letter of employment for their full time employees? [not the main company)
Thought of joining Kenanga Investment Bank (one of the branches) but heard that these agencies don’t provide contract.
You only get a FIMM card stating you’re under Kenanga . My exam is under Kenanga though.

I’m quite worried about it because I heard of cases where salaries aren’t paid by some real estate firms to agents cuz no contract is signed?

What do you think ? Is this normal? Do insurance agents sign employment contracts too ?

Marriage for 1 year, together for 2 years before that.
Have a 8 month old son now (marriage because of pregnancy).
However, husband suggested divorce, begged him not to and to reconsider.
Will change/do anything to make him stay.Went for counselling, dont know if it really works.

If he already brought the issue up once, will he really leave one day later?
Though manage to make him stay for now, dont know if he will change his mind.
Cuz too much unhappiness in this marriage, and the only thing keeping it together is the son.

I'll be working in Sg for a year plus so am planning to take up a membership here that offers both entry to branches worldwide.

I've enquired the membership price at True fitness in Singapore which is $157 for 2 +1 years, and is quite expensive after conversion. Plus I won't be staying in Sg for more than two years.

Anyone has a membership that has entry to worldwide branches? What's the membership plan like? Any extra charges you have to pay in order to enter the oversea gyms?

Anyone have good advise on dating a Gemini? I Kinda believe in horoscope personalities.

This Gemini guy I like tend to be impulsive, fickle minded and loves his freedom. He changes his mind really quickly as well, & its actually quite true that he loses interest easily in mundane things.

My review: I have sensitive skin and I have tried various skin toner from Laneige to Shiseido to Khiel's to cheap drugstore brand like Simple, Hada Labo etc. All of these irritated my skin other than Khiel's Calendula toner which was very, very gentle. Its the moment!
Few more months and im graduating and to be honest my whole uni life, it was pretty dull.
I didnt really hang out with people from my uni much and now im thinking,
" Shit its already my last semester? What am i to do before it ends?? Will I regret having such dull/uneventful/anti social student life when I leave this place?''

Switching to Unifi - Can i terminate my Streamyx ?

Hi,
Does anyone know if I can terminate my Streamyx line that has a remaining contract till June 2012?
I took the Streamyx grad pack package last year with the free HP netbook. However when I registered at a Unifi booth last few weeks they told me I can terminate the Streamyx without any proper clarification/ confirmation.

When i called the Streamyx hotline they told me to check at TM place instead.
This is so inefficient cuz my installation is tmr afternoon and yet they didnt confirm if my Streamyx will be terminated upon Unifi activation.

I feel that they just want me to sign up, get the comission and then leave me with unanswered queries. I wouldnt wanna pay both bills obviously. Anyone encountered the same situation previously?

Hello all.

Just bought a new GARMIN GPS from an IT fair 2 weeks back.
So i went to this website to try registering my product. Is it legit?

However, I cant seem to register my product,
Because there is no response from the Garmin Communicator Plugin when i plug my GPS to my PC (PC cant detect anything).
Im using a WesternDigital HDD cable to connect btw.

Is it a must to register products online at this website?
Otherwise how can I update my maps in the near future?
I know there are GARMIN booths located at some shopping malls, so is it possible if I bring my GPS and my receipt of purchases, etc to request for a map update? Or perhaps I could get my GPS registration done there as well?

anyone knows where to get them at cheaper price?
what i mean is per pair, not buying in few pairs where they give u bulk discounts

few years back i bought my freshlooks from an optical shop from subang parade, cost me RM40 only for 1x monthly colourlens
but the shop has now closed down

everywhere else ive been to sells >RM60 per pair.
suggestions anyone?
