[Help] - Ironing wrinkle

Alright here's the problem,
I've bought an office shirt from Seed, wear once then machine wash.
After sunlight drying, wrinkles on the shirt is sooooooooooo dam hard to iron off.
even I've tried spraying water on it, still not working.

Much appreciate for any suggestion to solve?
or perhaps i wash and dry in a wrong way?

and I wanna go repair but no idea wheree (klang valley), how much (price range) and how long (duration needed).
