Date of transaction: May 23 2011

Details of the complaint :

May 13th : Received a PM from her after requesting for it. She claimed that the masks are authentic because her partner brought them back from Taiwan during his trip there. She offered me RM20 for a box (10 pcs). So 1 pc = RM2.

May 16th : Requested for a picture of the imprints of the code on the packaging, as it is one of the ways to prove the masks' authenticity. The imprints of the code can be seen and everything looked good based on the packaging.

May 23rd : Transferred RM108 into her CIMB account.

May 26th : Received the parcel in good condition.

May 27th : Tried on of the masks (Mixed Berries). Found that (1) the essence was very watery, not the same as the previous ones I've been using. (2) It had a weird smell after drying. (3) Mask doesnt fit well when put on. PM-ed the seller, she replied saying it's normal as the "Sweet Series" are somehow more watery, no idea why. Since it was my first time using Mixed Berries, I took her words for it. I replied her by telling her if the other masks are still watery, I hope she will be able to refund me. No reply from her.

May 28th : Tried Sake Yeast and the same thing occurred. Watery essence and weird mask shape. Showed her some links on how to determine fake masks because it seemed that she was unaware of it as well. On the same day, she asked me to send the masks back to her and will refund me.

May 30th : She mentioned that she will only refund me only after I've sent her the masks back. I made a fuss about it because obviously Trust is definitely not in the picture anymore. So I asked her to refund me first, and then I'll send her the fake masks back. She replied saying "According to my partner the mask is authentic and he brought direct from taiwan.So we can't refund to you somehow we already send you the photo to proof and you agree to buy..."
I replied by trying to state that the masks are indeed fake and gave her a link on how to determine fake masks.

May 31st : Sent a picture of the Sake Yeast mask showing the distorted shape. No reply from her since.

I tried to call her on her mobile, it got through on the first try. I didn't get to talk to her after introducing myself as the line got cut off. I couldn't contact her since then, until recently. But she wouldn't pick up the phone. I've sent her numerous smses stating I am willing to send her back the masks as long as she would refund me after that. No reply as well. I've tried everything I could ; emails, SMS, calls.

If I missed out any information, please do let me know. Will PM this link to her.

[WTInform] Asking for Used Bra

Hi ladies. Just want to inform everyone here about this encounter I've had with a user. If you are aware of the deleted [WTB] Used Panty topic just a while ago, this is somewhat relevant.

Few weeks ago I got a PM from a user, stating that he/she wanted to buy used bra from me. I only wanted to sell off my Nu Bra, by posting it on someone else's WTB thread. So I assume he/she read the thread and PMed me.

After clarifying things up, I realised he/she really wants to buy Old/Used Bras and is willing to pay a high price for them too. When I asked for a reason, he/she gave me this

Right after that msg he/she sent another one

So I asked for a link to the said charity drive so I could donate the bras myself, I haven't gotten a reply from him/her.

I'd appreciate if he/she were to come out to clarify things up, therefore I choose not to reveal his/her name in case of misunderstanding. But I feel that other girls have the rights to know about this.
