My toshiba satellite M200-E415, auto power off

Problem : My Toshiba satellite M200 auto power off, after that the laptop auto on. I use to web browser or watch movie (use MpcStar application)auto power off or whether i just on the laptop and no touch the laptop also power off. this happen when i use for awhile or sometime few hours once. my laptop fan still working n i use Zalman Notebook cooler.

sometime i on the laptop got fail go to window.

Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 @ 2.00 Ghz
Window vista basic.
Harddisk 120
Ram 3GB

Solution i have tried : Recovery my laptop system(look like format the window).

What happen to my laptop?

Any solution?

help me pls. thx

Recently, My laptop ( Toshiba Sattelite ) really often auto power-off by itself and sometimes hang.. And i alredy send my notebook to Toshiba to repair.
they said the problem of my laptop is Motherbox.. It's cost around 1.4k...
What should i do now???
or Buy a new one? =,=''

i have Toshiba Satellite M200-E415 overheating and auto shutdown.
Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 @ 2.00 Ghz
Window vista basic.
Harddisk 120
Ram 2GB
I adi using cooling pad. but my computer still overheating.
Last i can use it to play 3D game and the laptop never auto shutdown. but now if i playing game the laptop will auto shutdown cause overheat.

wat to i do? any advance?. Thx
