AX73 or Deco X20

Guys, I am in the dilemma of choosing either AX73 or Deco X20. Need any sifu further helps.

Background:
TM had provided AC1200 last time during I signed up for the package. However due to my house layout (1250 sqft Condo) there is Concrete Wall that blocking the signal which causing my 2nd Room Signal drop more than 50% and 3rd Room will not get any Wifi Signal, I had purchase Deco M4 to extend the coverage. The setup that I had made is one pack M4R connected to AC1200 and another pack is placing in my second room which now successful covered the whole house.

Unfortunately now my AC1200 broken and thinking to upgrade my network router. If I choose AX73, will I face again the same issue like what happen to AC1200 when come to second room speed drop significantly and third room no internet connection or might as well I just get Deco X20 which mesh definitely able to support whole house coverage?

Windows 10 Disk Usage 100%

Guys, Need your idea how to fix this. My laptop consistently Disk Usage hit up to 100% especially few application open up such as Google Chrome, Email, Microsoft Word / Excel.

I had tried all google search disable superfetch whatsoever its doesn't fix my issue. Reported to HP, the technician guy onsite just advise disable all the HP services however it just solve for temporary and now its back again.

My laptop specs as below:

OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit
