about 1830, few hours ago, witness some of the craziest shit

this 1 ton lorry suddenly brake in the middle highway with customs officers in a Nissan SUV in front of them away like 500 meters +-
the customs SUV switch on the blue strobe and do jackie chan insane reverse speed.
guys inside the 1 ton lorry, panicked do a u turn against the traffic flow and doing the GTA thing in real life

in case u asking, yes my car DON'T hav gopro to record insurance scammers.
the passenger is foreign black people. unable to spot the driver. assuming the same skin i guess

Is there such letter or statement that says "non-Malaysia resident does not have to seek permission to transfer money from Malaysia to UK"?
I've been told to head to the Bank Negara office there and one can request such letter from them.
I've checked their website but can't seem to lead me anywhere. Anyone have sorta such experience?

so i created this "fan page" of my photography hobby on facebook using Gmail.
i decided to create my personal facebook page using the same Gmail address.
the sign up process won't allow me to do so.
i googled and try to use the prefixes xxx@gmail.com/xxx@googlemail.com but to no avail.

so i wondered, whether i should create a personal page first before creating the said, fan page?

Engine oil refill question

Is this (red circle) where to refill engine oil?
If yes, can anyone tell which type to use by guessing the engine type (driving a stock ford laser)?
mineral or synthetic or full synthetic? guidance highly appreciated as the dip stick shows below the level "LO"
need to work this out asap.

I unlock my car using car key as the remote key's not functioning like since 4 years ago?

anyway thats not the point, my questions here is;
-if i want to change the car door lock, that means the car key need to be change as well right?
--so how about the car ignition switch? need to be completely change as well in order for the new sets of keys to work?
---any car accessories shop will do such kinda job right?

annoying sound from the engine bay. can't describe the how it sounds like but i detect something is not moving smoothly, not synchronized or something like that...
