Sapphire HD 4870 graphic corrupt...

I just bought the new sapphire HD4870 512MB graphic card. I realize it has problem playing some games. I have attached the screenshots of the graphic corruption problem as i dunno how to explain it just by words.

My system is running on Vista Ultimate 32bit SP1 and i just updated the card with the latest ATI Catalyst 8.12 driver.

What am i suppose to do ? Is it my graphic card having hardware problem or its something software related ? I could play other games like Crysis, Red Alert 3, Far Cry 2, Gears Of War & Bioshock without any problem though.

Game with corrupted graphic issues:

Bionic Commando Rearmed ---> Graphics corrupt
Supreme Commander Forged Alliance ---> Graphics corrupt
The Witcher ---> Graphics corrupt, similar like supreme commando and bionic commando rearmed

I tried the same game installer on my friend's pc and it works great!! So, its definitely not the game's problem.

Hey guys(n gals too).. i'm looking for a mobo, Asus P5E3.

I checked everywhere in the lowyat online price lists but its no where to be found and i googled it too but only the P5E3 Deluxe were found and its expensive.

Need guide on DDR3

I'm planning to buy a new rig... and thought of getting the DDR3 but then when i check the price list.. its quite a suprise... why are all DDR3 priced from RM1500 to 4000 !!!! ????

And it seems its all High Performance RAM. Why aren't there any normal DDR3 RAM like DDR2 and DDRs ?

Also, how am i suppose to know which and if the motherboard supports DDR3 ? Coz i checked few price list its all DDR2 mobos.. DDR3 mobos doesn't exist yet is it ? Then what to do with those DDR3 sticks that almost reach price tag on a bike.. huh... play fetch with my neighbour's dog perhaps...

Most people who changed to some super high-end cables does seems to experience better sound system. Well, our ears hears what the brain wants us to... thats one thing for sure. Its simply just the placebo effects. So, stop cheating yourself.
