CPU Burnt Out?

Hi guys, its been months my pc keep turned off automatically after on for a while.
Then I notice my CPU usage shot to 100% before automatically turn the PC off.

Then I try to monitor Task Manager, no app eat up all the cpu, but usage still 100%
Already scan, update windows (Windows 10 64-bit), remove all free wares, remove all USB connected, leaving only basic hardware attached to mobo, still at 100% and shut down automatically.

Then only a few days recently, I cannot use my PC completely. CPU usage magically shot up to 100% minutes after PC turned on.

Today I try to stay in BIOS for minute, here's when turn on

Any advice before I buy a new processor guys?

Hi LYN forumer, wonder if u all can help me

I jez change my CPU from i3-2100 to i5-3570K using the same mobo MSI H67MA-E35 (B3)

The problem is, I can't start my pc at all. When on, short beep for 4 times, and the restart again, beeps again.
I've plugged off any USB, GC still cannot start.

Just now receive a call from company Procredit
I dont know how they got my CC info, fogot to ask
Told me they can settle my credit card balance witout any charges for first 30 days
but later charge 0.65% per month as per CC balance.

Ask me to register on fon and they will send the doc to my house.

Kind of scam rite?
