I made several official complaints to the management office of condo that i'm staying right now,
the issues are:
1.Lift frequent down, sometimes only 2 units only working out of total 4.
2.fans inside lift were not working for long.
3.no air ventilation,
4.improper of handle rubbish room,
5.and excess card reader no working for months.

i was following up the above issues with the building manager lately,
in return he ask me why i'm the only one having problem and other residents can accept the condition.
his statement shock me when i was told that i can move out if i don't like the environment.

I'm paying monthly maintenance fee, water bill on time is about RM120 for 680sf.
and just move into this condo few months and i'm stuck and facing these problems.

to all the pro here,
need your valuable advice what should i do as a resident, owner of property,?

both are wifi adsl modem,

DSL-2640T is round RM215-230 selling in shop
DSL-2540T is round RM130-150

anyone knows wat's the diff?

Laptop problem Black out

Need help here,

Starting my laptop turns off always on it's own after run bout 5 mins time with battery, or 30 mins with power adapter without batery.

Now it dead, i can't even turn it on, i suspect is the power supply o the mobo problem.

the brand is Prestigio and model: 223110.

the power and data cable diffrent la..got any convert cable ar..?
