Confuse With Combine Credit Line Limit Public Bank

hi there...

i just got 2 credit cards from public bank

1 visa and 1 mastercard

both card got a writing "total combine credit line limit 4000"

i showed to public bank staff, and he said each card have rm 4000 limit (so total rm 8000)

but when i called public bank card centre, they said (without seing the card) the total is rm 4000 only

which is the truth? pls advise

i got free public bank credit card because of my car loan

but my credit card is still in process, is there anybody got "cable" to get my card activate fast?

I got loan for toyota avanza and kelisa...

toyota is 1 months old

kelisa is 4 years old

What can i do to get a loan/credit card? because my statement is thro cheque, so hard to get a loan/credit card

I got those 2 loan from the connection of car sales manager, but after i got the car, he cannot help me with credit card application

can i use kelisa as mortgage like standard chartered plan? (there is a plan where you can borrow RM 9k with your RM 40k car loan, at least 3 years old)
